A new show for the new year! Thanks to my stint in Canadian Insurer, I got to know a new 'Sistel' from our Actuarial class, Ms JF. And she kindly saved me all 6 seasons of HIMYM.

Yes, How I Met Your Mother that is.

Hilarious sitcom, started way back in 2005. I'm thoroughly entertained but still kind of hate myself for only starting to watch now, since I'm on the last week of the holidays.

These years, I've chosen to be more selective in stuff I watch. Other than the inevitable ones that caught my attention (Recently-concluded 巾帼枭雄 on Channel U was so good but heavily depressing), I'm really more inclined to entertaining and light-hearted content on TV or in theatres. Unless it's really critically-acclaimed, I'd most often avoid the heavy stuff.

That is why I sat through Michelle Chong's Already Famous twice, even though I Already Watched it, and that in spite of the acceptance that the plot kind of sucks. I like to laugh along more than ever, so as long as it fits the bill.

So I'm done with the first 2 seasons of HIMYM in 3 days thus far, will try to finish season 3 by the end of holidays. Productive indeed!
